Tracerco shortlisted for two North East HR&D Awards

Tracerco has been named a finalist in two categories at the upcoming North East HR&D Awards:

• Excellence in People & Technology

• Excellence in Organisational & People Development

The nominations recognise the progress made over the past 18 months in reshaping the company’s people strategy, following its divestment from Johnson Matthey. During this period, Tracerco has successfully established an independent HR function while continuing to invest in high-quality learning and development opportunities for its employees.

These nominations celebrate both the impact of our Management Development Programme and the broader organisational initiatives that have supported cultural alignment, leadership capability, and long-term operational strength.
