Due to business growth, our Diagnostics Services business unit has an excellent Key Account Manager opportunity, to be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

  • Techno-commercial and business development activities covering process diagnostics applications for customers in the KSA to meet business targets.
  • Acting as liaison between commercial, technical, and operational staff during project execution.
  • Providing key account management for critical account namely Saudi Aramco and SABIC Affiliates.
  • To engage and guide the TPIs in the KSA.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in all aspects of process diagnostics range of services which include downstream and subsea technologies.
  • Carry out face to face and online commercial meetings with prospective and existing customers in the KSA.
  • Assist with the development of strong relationships with customers in the KSA through key account management support – from inquiry to job execution stage.
  • Respond to customer technical and commercial enquiries as and when required on a timely basis, including the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Manage TPI in the KSA to ensure that both commercial and operational infrastructure are established and maintained to meet customer needs.
  • To organize technical workshop with target customers in the KSA
  • To work closely with the operations team to ensure customers’ expectation are met.
  • Proactively seek information on market services / products and work with relevant regional and HQ colleague to provide quality service to customer.
  • Support the marketing department with suitable case studies.
  • Actively participate in the annual budgeting process and monthly reporting
  • To ensure TPI maintain a valid radiation license to support job execution.
  • To ensure TPI keep and maintain equipment and radioactive sources as per Tracerco’s requirement.
  • To provide support in the overall project execution plan (liaison with TPI, customers and Tracerco operations team)

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling technical products/services to oil & gas market.
  • Proven end to end account management in sales.
  • Have basic technical understanding of oil and gas industries/processes.
  • Sales experiences in oil and gas industries
